New Business Sales Executive
£25-£30k = OTE £55K Uncapped
Are you seeking an exciting role in a dynamic, market-leading business that specialises within the IT sector selling Security and storage space, If the answer is yes, then we have the opportunity that may be ideal for you. My client is a top IT business, who are established in selling a broad range of IT solutions and Services.They provide, develop and sell software to businesses, which empowers consumers within the enterprise sector.
We are looking for the highly motivated and target focused individuals who are looking to make the most of this opportunity as there is a generous uncapped commission structure. So, candidates with experience of converting leads and building effective long-standing customer relationships is essential. You must have experience in IT Sales using a full 360 cycles. To be considered for this role you must be confident on the phone, motivated, target driven, strong new business mentality which will acquire you to have a hunter mentality.
Duties and responsibilities:
– Achieve gross profit margin target and other business set KPI’s per month
– Ongoing personal training – knowledge around industry
– Generate and working closely with vendor specialists
– Creating quotes and closing opportunities
– Building a strong business pipeline and maintaining long term relationships
Experience and skills:

– Strong written & verbal skills
– Strong negotiation skills
– Hungry for success
– Strong work ethic
– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within IT Sales
– Excellent communication skills
